Packages typically ship within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping (within the United States) is always free. I generally ship via USPS First Class or Priority, tracked and insured (unless a different service is requested). Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes typically range from 1-4 business days (depending on your region). I do not automatically include a signature requirement for packages valued under $400. If security is a concern, please select the +$5 signature requirement option. Insurance coverage ends at the moment of delivery, and I can't assume liability for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

I ship internationally for a flat rate of $20 USD to Canada, and $30 USD to the rest of the world via USPS. Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes typically range from 1-3 weeks (depending on your region). For orders over $500, I ship via UPS or DHL, which typically arrives within 3-6 business days and requires a signature upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying any associated customs fees or VAT (import taxes). I can't assume liability for any lost or stolen packages once your order has been delivered.

Note: Returns or exchanges are gladly accepted on ready-to-ship pieces within 3 business days of delivery. Please notify me within this three day window if you would like to initiate a return, and I will send you a return shipping label. Once the item is received back to me, I will refund your purchase, less the full cost of the return label (this applies for both domestic and international packages) and a 10% restock fee. All items must be in the same condition in which they were received with original packaging. Damaged or incomplete returns will not be accepted, so please package your returns securely. Returns are not accepted on made-to-order pieces, promotional offers or layaway. All pieces that have been customized to the buyer (e.g. re-sized, lengthened/shortened or engraved), are final sale.

Besides the installment pay options available at checkout, I am also happy to offer layaway on pieces $300 and up. I simply ask for a downpayment of 50% to reserve the piece, and the remainder paid within 6-8 weeks (the payment schedule is up to you, please just let me know in advance and I will coordinate reminders).
